Job summary

Crown Resorts, Nobu Melbourne, is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead from the floor, coach the team and ensure exceptional service in a premium dining environment. You will drive day-to-day operations, mentor colleagues and uphold Nobu’s standards of excellence.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Supervisor to join the team at Nobu Melbourne, one of Crown Melbourne's flagship dining destinations. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll lead from the floor, coach and develop your team, and ensure every guest enjoys the exceptional service and dining experience Nobu is renowned for.

In this role, you will:

You’ll bring:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a premium restaurant, fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication, coaching and people leadership skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy venue.
• A hands-on leadership style with a focus on service excellence.
• Sound problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
