Job summary

The Langham Sydney is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight operations, ensuring security, accurate revenue reporting and superb guest service. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will supervise night procedures, maintain safety standards and uphold brand presentation.

The role requires strong communication, grooming and hospitality knowledge, with weekend availability and Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
• Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service.
• Possess a high standard of grooming and personal presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite).
• RSA & First Aid Certificate.
• Available to work weekends and public holidays with valid working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night operations to ensure guest and associate satisfaction.
• Ensure Night Audit is performed with accurate roll of day, revenue capture and reporting.
• Oversee safety and security of guests, associates and assets.
• Resolve problems impacting guest service.
• Support WHS policies and maintain hotel presentation standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, facilities and revenue reporting.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure smooth handovers.
• Maintain Duty Manager's logbook and communicate issues to management.
