Job summary

Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Night Manager to oversee overnight front office operations, lead the night team, and be the key point of contact when issues arise.

You will manage Night Audit, resolve guest concerns with professionalism, ensure accurate financial reconciliation, and maintain security while coordinating handovers with the Front Office. This role offers leadership growth and a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office or Night Audit.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and on weekends/public holidays.
• Excellent communication and guest service.
• Proven leadership and decision-making.
• Working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise Night Audit and Front Office overnight operations.
• Complete Night Audit.
• Own overnight operation and act as senior contact when required.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Ensure accurate completion of night audit reports and financial reconciliation.
• Maintain hotel security and safety standards during the night.
• Maintain proactive communication with the Front Office team and ensure complete handovers.
• Support and develop overnight team members, leading by example.
