• Keen eye for detail to ensure accurate daily revenue capture and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage nightly hotel operations and ensure safety during shift.
• Deliver continuous customer service including check-ins and checkouts.
• Oversee reception desk, night audit and reporting procedures.
• Uphold overnight property security standards.
• Assist daytime team preparation and handover.
