Job summary

EVT Limited is seeking a Night Operations Manager to oversee all hotel activities during the night shift, ensuring security, service standards and smooth coordination with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance.

You will lead the night team, perform night audit and revenue reconciliation, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining WH&S compliance and operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office or overnight hotel operations acting as the manager on duty.
• Strong guest service capability with tact, diplomacy and urgency.
• Proficiency in front office systems, night audit processes and hotel PMS.
• Experience with accurate financial reconciliation including posting revenue and balancing payments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for supervising night staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring security, service standards, and smooth departmental coordination.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, including check-in/out, responding to concerns, and ensuring requests are actioned and followed through.
• Complete the night audit process accurately, ensuring revenue and payments are posted and balanced with proper documentation.
• Supervise night team members, maintain communication, performance standards, and adherence to policies.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Maintenance to prepare and deliver rooms and guest needs.
• Maintain operational readiness by completing opening/closing duties and protecting equipment.
