TFE Hotels is seeking a Night Manager for the Adina Hotel Melbourne Southbank to lead the Front Office with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong operational performance. You will manage overnight operations, coach front office team members, handle complex guest enquiries and service recovery, and ensure safety, compliance and consistency across the property.
