Job summary

Pullman Melbourne City Centre is seeking an experienced Night Auditor / Relief Night Manager to join our Front Office team. You will handle guest check-ins/outs, process nightly transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.

As the Night Auditor, you will lead the overnight Front Office, assist guests with requests and escalations, and ensure security and OH&S are followed. Availability for night shifts and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar hotel role.
• Previous Night Audit and/or Front Office supervisory experience.
• Strong attention to detail in financial results.
• Excellent customer service with hotel environment knowledge.
• Confident in conflict resolution and problem solving.
• Able to work night shifts and on a 7-day roster.
• Experience with Opera Cloud preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest check-in and check-out during night hours.
• Process transactions in line with hotel policies.
• Maintain cash handling and accounting procedures.
• Lead overnight Front Office team when on duty.
• Address guest requests and escalations.
• Complete nightly reporting and ensure security standards.
• Coordinate maintenance, security, and OH&S issues as needed.
