Job summary

Accor Apartments & Realty in Adelaide seeks a Night Auditor to manage end-of-day accounting, assist guests with late-night inquiries, and provide supervisory presence during night hours.

You will work a rotating night shift from 11:00pm to 7:00am, collaborate with security, oversee night audit processes, valet duties, and support daytime operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• You are an independent worker who takes initiative and performs confidently without constant supervision.
• Previous Night Audit, Front Office, Accounts or supervisory experience within a hotel environment is highly regarded
• Strong problem-solving skills with a guest-first approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Must hold a valid licence with the right to drive in Australia and be confident driving both automatic and manual vehicles
• Flexible and adaptable to a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Demonstrated ability to lead a shift and support team members when acting in a supervisory capacity

Purpose

When the rest of the hotel is asleep, the Night Auditor stands as the calm and composed point of contact for any situation.
