Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Unley is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our New Vehicle Sales team in a premium showroom setting in Adelaide. You will guide clients through the entire sales journey with professionalism and care, supported by leading systems and manufacturer training.

You will work alongside a dynamic team in a family-owned business with 92+ years of operation, leveraging strong product knowledge and a customer-first mindset to close transactions and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Year 12 or equivalent.
• Previous sales or automotive experience (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to perform at a high level both individually, and as part of a team.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and initiative-driven mindset.
• Enthusiastic and motivated personality.
• Current SA driver’s licence.
• Solid IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally in person, by phone, and via email
• Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system
• Present clients to management and assist in finalising transactions
• Schedule appointments for vehicle viewings and deliveries
• Liaise with admin, finance, and management teams to coordinate sales and deliveries
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and match vehicles to client needs
• Prepare contracts and documentation using Mercedes-Benz proprietary systems
• Resolve customer service matters promptly and effectively
• Uphold company WHS policies and procedures and operate with Safety First mindset

Working Monday to Saturday (with a weekday off in lieu), you will be the key contact for our valued clients, guiding them through the entire sales journey with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
