3 Point Motors Mercedes-Benz Epping is seeking a Sales Operations Assistant to support daily dealership operations and vehicle deliveries. You’ll coordinate vehicle movements, assist with handovers and help keep the showroom and display areas organized.

Ideal for recent school leavers or entrants to the automotive industry. You’ll receive full training, work Monday to Friday, and enjoy a stable full-time role with a premium brand. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 plus super.

At 3 Point Motors Mercedes-Benz Epping, we're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Assistant.

This is a varied, hands-on position that plays an important role in keeping our dealership running smoothly. From coordinating vehicle movements and preparing vehicles for customer delivery through to assisting with vehicle handovers, you'll be involved in the day-to-day operations of a premium Mercedes-Benz dealership.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent school leaver or someone looking to take their first step into the automotive industry. What You'll Be Doing

Reporting directly to our Sales Operations Manager, you'll support the smooth running of the dealership and assist with the coordination of vehicles and customer deliveries.

Your responsibilities will include:

Vehicle Coordination: Managing the movement, positioning and organisation of vehicles across the dealership, showroom and display areas.

Customer Delivery Handovers: Assisting with the handover of new and pre-owned vehicles to customers, helping ensure a professional and memorable delivery experience.

Delivery Preparation: Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure vehicles are ready, correctly presented and available for scheduled customer collections.

Vehicle Stock Management: Assisting with the organisation, location and condition of dealership vehicle inventory.

Vehicle Readiness: Monitoring vehicle fuel and battery levels and coordinating refuelling or charging as required.

Dealership Logistics: Assisting with vehicle transfers, collections and deliveries between dealership locations and other authorised destinations.

Customer Experience: Welcoming customers, assisting with general enquiries and providing a friendly, professional point of contact.

Mercedes-Benz Product Knowledge: Become a go-to person for Mercedes-Benz product knowledge, developing an understanding of our vehicle range, features and technology to assist customers and colleagues when required. Full product training will be provided.

Operational Administration: Assisting with vehicle documentation, delivery paperwork and general dealership coordination.

Team Support: Working closely with the wider dealership team to ensure daily activities run efficiently and Mercedes-Benz presentation standards are maintained.

You’ll be working with a variety of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, interacting with customers and supporting the team to ensure every vehicle is in the right place, at the right time and ready for its next journey.
