Job summary

Penfold Motor Group is seeking a Delivery Coordinator for the New Vehicles team at its Doncaster dealership in Victoria. The role focuses on ensuring smooth, timely handovers and a memorable customer experience.

You will coordinate deliveries end to end, liaise with sales, finance, and workshop, and prepare vehicles and documents for handover. A Victorian driver licence is essential and you’ll build relationships with customers during pre-delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a coordination, administration, or customer-facing role.
• Clear and consistent communication with customers and colleagues.
• Familiarity with the automotive retail environment or quick learner.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple deliveries and priorities.
• A current Victorian driver licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new vehicle deliveries end to end, giving you full visibility of the sales process and ownership of the customer experience.
• Liaise with the sales team, finance, and the workshop to keep every vehicle on track for its delivery date.
• Prepare vehicles and documentation ahead of handover for a professional and consistent experience.
• Build relationships with customers during the pre-delivery phase, keeping them informed and excited about their new vehicle.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery workflows and contribute ideas to increase team efficiency.
