Penfold Motor Group in Doncaster, Victoria, is seeking a Pre Delivery Technician to join the team. You will perform thorough pre-delivery inspections, fit accessories, and present vehicles to a high standard for handover, ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with service and sales to keep turnaround times on track, identify defects, and uphold the dealership's reputation for quality. A valid driver’s licence and attention to detail are essential.

• Previous experience in a pre-delivery, detailing, or automotive workshop role.
• Valid driver's licence and confident handling a range of vehicle types.
• Ability to manage time across multiple vehicles without compromising quality.
• Strong communication with service and sales teams.

About the role:

As a Pre Delivery Technician at Penfold Motor Group's Doncaster dealership, you'll be the final set of eyes on every vehicle before it's handed over to a customer, giving you a real stake in the quality and reputation of the business.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Carrying out thorough pre-delivery inspections to ensure every vehicle meets manufacturer and dealership standards before customer handover
• Fitting accessories and optional extras accurately, so customers receive exactly what they ordered
• Detailing and presenting vehicles to a high standard, with your work on display every time a customer drives away
• Coordinating with the service and sales teams to keep vehicle turnaround times on track
• Identifying and reporting any defects or discrepancies, contributing directly to a culture of quality across the dealership

You're someone who finds satisfaction in a job done properly, and you understand that the details customers notice most are the ones handled with care at the very end of the process.
