Job summary

Scania Australia is seeking a New Vehicle Delivery Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will own the end-to-end delivery of new vehicles, coordinating logistics, accessories, and customer-specific adaptations to ensure timely handover to clients.

The role requires excellent stakeholder management, strong organizational and time management skills, and a customer-focused approach to deliver positive outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail or wholesale preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and organization skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to deliver positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of new vehicles from order to handover.
• Plan and schedule vehicle logistics and preparation.
• Communicate delivery status with sales team.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to meet timing and specs.
• Ensure all technical, legal, and customer data is shared with Scania Service Network.
