Job summary

REA Group is seeking an experienced media sales professional to join the New Homes sales team in Perth on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will drive revenue, identify prospects, and build relationships with advertisers and agencies, leveraging REA’s suite of display and classified media products.

You’ll work across product, IT, sales and marketing, in a hybrid Perth-based role with flexible working arrangements, while staying ahead of market trends and opportunities to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Proven media sales experience, ideally in a digital environment.
• Knowledge of the property developer industry.
• Sales experience to direct customers as well as ad/media agencies.
• Good knowledge of advertising processes and strategies.
• Analytical skills to enable reporting on client activity.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure revenue targets are met & exceeded each month, quarter and year.
• Identify key prospects and develop sales proposals to meet advertisers’ marketing and sales objectives.
• Regularly meet with customers to build knowledge of their business while promoting REA’s products and services.
• Understand the local market, including new site launches, initiatives, and industry developments.
• Build relationships with direct clients and stay updated on new revenue opportunities.
• Proactively seek out new business and revenue opportunities to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Prepare and deliver quality sales presentations and proposals to prospects/agencies.
