Design & Build Recruitment – Oran Park NSW is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our growing team in the South West Sydney region (Oran Park). You will report to a Sales Manager and work with a capable head office team to deliver a 5-star client experience throughout the sales process.

You will identify customer needs, assess feasibility, generate and follow up leads, and build strong relationships with clients and referral partners. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• A strong track record in new home sales (experience is a MUST).
• Thorough understanding of current residential market trends.

Responsibilities

• Identifying customer needs and recommending products to suit requirements to build their dream home.
• Understand building and design fundamentals, blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility.
• Generating and following up leads to convert to sales.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Developing external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents.
• Conducting market research to understand the housing industry.
