Job summary

Ken Mills Toyota Kingaroy is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the parts department and support our workshop and dealership teams in delivering outstanding service.

You will drive inventory control, maximise profitability, and build strong supplier and customer relationships while complying with Toyota standards and safety requirements. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.

About the Role

As ourParts Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day parts operation, supporting our workshop and dealership teams, and ensuring we deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers.

You’ll be responsible for leading your team, maintaining effective inventory control, maximising parts profitability, and ensuring the department operates efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing parts team
• Manage day-to-day parts department operations and workflow
• Maintain accurate stock control, ordering and inventory levels
• Drive parts sales, gross profit and departmental KPIs
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers and internal departments
• Work closely with the Service and Sales teams to ensure parts availability and efficient vehicle turnaround
• Monitor and improve department processes, productivity and profitability
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation
• Ensure compliance with Toyota standards, dealership policies and workplace health and safety requirements
• Lead from the front with a hands-on approach to team engagement and customer service
