Auto Corner Mackay is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Service Manager to lead our service team across Toyota, Isuzu and Hyundai dealerships. You will drive customer satisfaction and operational performance while coaching Service Advisors and coordinating with workshop and warranty teams.

The role demands hands-on leadership, clear communication and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Helping manage the day-to-day operation of a busy, high-volume Service Department.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, customer experience and team performance.
• Supporting the Group Service Manager in achieving departmental targets.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Group Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Service Department and leading our team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
