Job summary

Ken Mills Toyota Nambour is seeking a motivated Mature Age Apprentice Mechanic to join our award-winning service team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification while learning from some of the industry's best technicians in a dealership recently recognised as the 2025 Best Service Department in Queensland by TMCA.

We service about 40 vehicles per day and seek someone who is committed, reliable, and ready to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in automotive technology and mechanical repairs.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Maturity, commitment and desire for a long-term career.
• Holds a current open driver’s license.

Ken Mills Toyota Nambour is seeking a motivated Mature Age Apprentice Mechanic to join our award-winning service team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification while learning from some of the industry's best technicians in a dealership recently recognised as the 2025 Best Service Department in Queensland by Toyota Motor Corporation Australia (TMCA).

We are currently servicing 40 vehicles per day. We are looking for someone who is committed, reliable, and ready to build a long term career in the automotive industry.

About the Role

As a Mature Age Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced technicians, gaining hands on experience in:

• Vehicle servicing and maintenance

• Mechanical repairs

• Diagnostics and fault finding

• Warranty procedures

• Workshop safety and best practices

• Toyota factory training programs

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop valuable trade skills while working in a supportive and professional environment.
