Job summary

Trippas White Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced IT Support Officer to maintain and secure our IT systems across hospitality venues, offices and remote sites. Reporting to the IT Director, you will deliver technical support, troubleshoot issues and contribute to improving service delivery for internal users.

You will manage user onboarding/offboarding, assist with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and network connectivity, and work with vendors to implement practical IT solutions while

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 2+ years in IT Support, Service Desk or Systems Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across the business.
• Maintain operation and security of IT systems, networks and devices.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement technology solutions.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and access provisioning.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve IT services.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
