Job summary

Randstad Pty collaborates with a locally owned leading NDIS provider in the top end to recruit a passionate Support Coordinator. You will support individuals with complex care needs, help them implement NDIS plans, and build strong relationships with participants, families, disability service networks, clinical staff and government partners.

You’ll contribute to best practice care, deliver training, and intervene to achieve positive, sustainable outcomes after crises.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Nursing or other Allied Health.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and roadworthy vehicle.
• Working with Children (Ochre) Card.
• National Police Clearance.
• First Aid Certificate.
• NDIS Worker Screening.
• The right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated well-developed oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well independently and cooperatively as a member of a team.
• Established ability to listen actively and demonstrate empathy.
