Job summary

Community Solutions Group is seeking an NDIS Support Coordinator in Cairns, QLD. You will coordinate supports to help participants achieve independence, assess needs, and work with providers to maximise NDIs plans and budgets.

You will build strong relationships with participants, families and external providers, visiting participants as needed and addressing barriers with action plans. This role requires administration excellence, IT skills (Excel), and a people-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with NDIS plans and budgets.
• Experience with billing targets and case noting.
• High level administration, compliance and IT skills (Excel).
• People-focused, with ability to motivate participants and families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supports to help participants achieve goals.
• Assess needs and identify necessary services and supports.
• Build relationships with participants, families and service providers.
• Visit participants as required to support delivery of services.
• Help participants negotiate with providers and manage NDIs budget allocation.
• Ensure service agreements are completed and maintain documentation.
