Job summary

Novita Services in South Australia is seeking an experienced NDIS plan management support officer to help participants manage their plans and funding effectively. You will process invoices, monitor budgets, and communicate with clients to support understanding of funding aligned with NDIS goals.

Qualifications

• Understanding of NDIS principles and plan management processes.
• Experience in finance systems or plan management is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent time management and organisational ability.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately within NDIS guidelines.
• Monitor plan budgets and provide regular expenditure statements.
• Communicate with clients to support understanding of their funding and use their funding according to their NDIS goals.
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records in MYP.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
