Job summary

Novita Services seeks a dedicated professional to help NDIS participants manage plans and funding, ensuring accurate invoicing and budget monitoring. You’ll communicate clearly with clients, resolve discrepancies, and maintain precise records while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in finance, accounting, or disability services.
• Formal qualifications (Cert IV, Diploma, Bachelor) in finance or related field.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• Valid SA driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately within NDIS guidelines.
• Monitor plan budgets and provide regular expenditure statements.
• Communicate with clients to support understanding of their funding.
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records in MYP.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
