Job summary

Novita is recruiting for a Plan Manager role to help NDIS participants manage their plans and funding. You will process invoices, monitor budgets, and communicate to ensure clients understand their funding in line with NDIS goals.

Role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and building strong client relationships within a supportive, inclusive workplace in Adelaide, SA.

Qualifications

• Understanding of NDIS principles and plan management processes.
• Experience in finance systems or plan management is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent time management and organisational ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Formal qualifications (Cert IV, Diploma, Bachelor) in finance or related field
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children check
• Valid SA driver’s licence
