Job summary

Qualifications

About the Role

You’ll help NDIS participants manage their plans and funding effectively.
Your responsibilities include:

• Process invoices accurately within NDIS guidelines
• Monitor plan budgets and provide regular expenditure statements
• Communicate with clients to support understanding of their funding and use their funding according to their NDIS goals
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records in MYP
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Knowledge, skills and experience

You’ll bring:

• Understanding of NDIS principles and plan management processes
• Experience in finance systems or plan management (highly desirable)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent time management and organisational ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly

Education and Qualifications

• Relevant experience in finance, accounting, or disability services
• Formal qualifications (Cert IV, Diploma, Bachelor) in finance or related field (essential for the permanent position,desired for the contract position)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children check
• Valid SA driver’s licence
