My Disability Partner Pty Ltd (MDP) is an NDIS Plan Management provider dedicated to helping participants exercise choice, control and confidence with their funding. We are seeking an organised, experienced Plan Manager to join on a part-time basis, blending financial administration with person-centred service.

You will manage participant budgets, review invoices, process claims and ensure compliant, timely provider payments while maintaining accurate records and clear participant communications.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in NDIS Plan Management, or relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance or financial administration.
  • Sound knowledge of the NDIS and NDIS pricing arrangements.
  • Experience with invoice processing, payments, account management and budget monitoring.
  • Experience using NDIS portals and/or participant management systems.
  • Strong numerical and financial administration skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Confidence communicating with participants, families, nominees, providers and other stakeholders.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Commitment to participant choice and person-centred service delivery.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain one.
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation/Induction Module.
  • Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience appropriate to the position.

Responsibilities

Job description

My Disability Partner Pty Ltd (MDP) is an NDIS Plan Management provider committed to supporting participants to have greater choice, control and confidence in managing their NDIS funding.

We are seeking an organised, experienced and participant-focused Plan Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is suited to someone who combines strong financial administration skills with a sound understanding of the NDIS and a commitment to providing responsive, person-centred service.

About the Role

As a Plan Manager, you will support NDIS participants to effectively manage and utilise their plan funding. You will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of invoices and claims, monitoring participant budgets, maintaining financial records, and communicating with participants, nominees, providers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor participant NDIS budgets and expenditure.

Receive, review and validate provider invoices.

Process NDIS claims and arrange timely payments to providers and reimbursements to participants.

Provide participants with regular statements and clear information regarding their available funding.

These responsibilities are consistent with MDP’s existing position description, which includes budget monitoring, NDIS claims, provider payments, participant statements and supporting participants with plan utilisation. The position description also specifically includes invoice validation, record keeping, NDIS portal claiming and prompt provider payments and reimbursements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Previous experience in NDIS Plan Management, or relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance or financial administration.

Sound knowledge and understanding of the NDIS and NDIS pricing arrangements.

Experience with invoice processing, payments, account management and budget monitoring.

Experience using NDIS portals and/or participant management systems.

Strong numerical and financial administration skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Confidence communicating with participants, families, nominees, providers and other stakeholders.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.

A commitment to participant choice and control and person-centred service delivery.

MDP’s current position description identifies financial management/bookkeeping or accounting experience, NDIS pricing knowledge, invoice and account management and experience using NDIS portals and systems as relevant requirements.

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain one.

Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation/Induction Module.

Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience appropriate to the position.
