All Plan Management Pty Ltd is seeking an Intake Officer to be the first real conversation many participants have about their NDIS journey, turning what could feel overwhelming into something clear, simple and sorted. It’s fast-paced, people-focused work that requires warmth and accuracy.

You will convert conversations into same-day enrolments, speak with participants, families, carers and support coordinators daily, and manage eligibility, consent, plan data and CRM records with meticulous care

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Attention to detail in data handling.
