Gallagher Bassett's My Plan Manager is hiring a Client Relationship Consultant in Australia. You will handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries, process invoices and support NDIS participants to maximise funding.

Qualifications

• Experience in contact centers or call centers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Confidence managing customer inquiries and difficult conversations.
• Positive, resilient and team-oriented attitude.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• WWCC and NDIS Worker Clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls from clients, providers and support networks.
• Delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on first-contact resolution.
• Investigating and resolving customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Processing invoices and managing customer cases accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting clients to better understand and maximize their NDIS funding.
