My Plan Manager (MPM) is recruiting Client Relationship Consultants for August and September intakes. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providers and support networks, handling calls and administrative case work to help maximise NDIS funding.

Qualifications

• Experience in contact centers or call centers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• WWCC and NDIS Worker Clearance (or ability to obtain) and MyID Digital ID.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls from clients, providers and support networks.
• Delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on first-contact resolution.
• Investigating and resolving customer enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Processing invoices and managing customer cases accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting clients to better understand and maximize their NDIS funding.
• Building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate records and meeting service standards and performance goals.
• Collaborating with a supportive team to deliver outstanding outcomes.
