Qualifications

• Accounting or bookkeeping qualifications are required.
• Experience in NDIS plan management, disability services, finance, accounts payable, bookkeeping or a customer service environment involving financial transactions will be highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, financial administration and NDIS plan management support.
• Work directly with NDIS participants and nominees to navigate funding and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
