Job summary

Sutherland Shire Naturopathic Clinic in the heart of the Sutherland Shire is looking for a friendly Receptionist/Allrounder & Dispensing Assistant. You’ll be the welcoming face at the front desk, manage bookings, process payments, and support our busy clinic.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years receptionist experience; Cliniko knowledge is a bonus; long-term casual role approx 20+ hours across 3 days, including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of receptionist experience required.
• Naturopathic clinic reception experience preferred but not essential.
• Training on current systems will be provided.
• Cliniko knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients in person and on the phone.
• Manage appointments and keep front-of-house running smoothly.
• Handle payments and basic administrative tasks.
• Assist in dispensing herbal and nutritional remedies as needed.
• Support practitioners and admin staff to maintain a calm, efficient clinic.
