Job summary

The Natural Grocery Company – Maroochydore QLD invites a passionate Naturopath to join Flannerys Maroochydore as a Retail Assistant on a permanent part-time basis, starting September 2026. The role offers 3 days per week: Monday 10.15am–6.15pm, Wednesday 9am–5pm, Saturday 9am–5pm.

You will blend Naturopath duties with stock ordering and in-store sales. Applicants should hold Naturopathy qualifications with current registration (and insurance), First Aid & CPR, and retail experience.

Qualifications

• Naturopathy qualifications with current registration (and insurance) are essential.
• First Aid & CPR certification is required.
• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to work both in a team and autonomously.
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock ordering, date checking, and daily store tasks.
• Retail sales and customer service responsibilities.
• Contribute Naturopath knowledge to dispensary duties.
• Work autonomously and as part of a team to support store goals.

Flannerys Maroochydore are on the lookout for a passionate and customer-centric Retail Assistant: Naturopath to join our vibrant team on a permanent part-time basis - commencing in September, 2026.

Hours? Good question! We have availability for someone to work 3 days per week and covering the following days:

Monday (10.15am to 6.15pm)

Wednesday (9am to 5pm)

Saturday (9am to 5pm)

We're looking for someone who has:

• Qualifications in Naturopathy including current Naturopath Registration (including insurance) - Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) - Essential
• Current First Aid & CRP Certificate
• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Ability to work as a part of a team and independently
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends and public holidays
• Someone with world-class enthusiasm and initiative (we can't teach that)
