Job summary

The Natural Grocery Company in Murwillumbah NSW is seeking a passionate Naturopath Retail Assistant on a permanent part-time basis, commencing October 2026. The role involves Naturopath duties, stock ordering, and daily retail tasks within a vibrant team.

We offer flexible hours (1 or 2 days per week) with potential to increase for the right candidate, including weekends and public holidays. Competitive hourly rates and staff discounts are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Naturopathy including current Naturopath Registration (including insurance).
• Strong customer service and retail experience is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Naturopathic recommendations and product knowledge.
• Stock ordering and inventory checks.
• Retail sales and checkout duties.
• Date checking and ensuring product freshness and regulatory compliance.

Flannerys Murwillumbah are on the lookout for a passionate and customer-centric Retail Assistant: Naturopath to join our vibrant team on a permanent part-time basis - commencing in October, 2026.

Hours? Good question! We have the option for someone to work either 1 or 2 days per week, with scope to increase for the right candidate :

Option 1: Thursday and Friday

Option 2 : Friday only

This role will suit a all-rounder with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to work autonomously to complete daily tasks including; stock ordering, retail sales, and date checking - over and above your Naturopath duties.

We're looking for someone who has:

Qualifications in Naturopathy including current Naturopath Registration (including insurance) - Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) - Essential

Current First Aid & CRP Certificate

Previous experience in a retail environment

Ability to work as a part of a team and independently

Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends and public holidays

Someone with world-class enthusiasm and initiative (we can't teach that)
