Mapei, a global chemical manufacturer in the construction sector, invites applications for the National Sales Manager – Concrete Solutions. Based in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney, you will lead the national sales strategy for concrete admixtures, drive revenue growth, increase market share, and strengthen customer relationships while guiding sales teams across multiple states.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Sales, Marketing, Management, Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of concrete admixtures experience, of which 5 years in sales leadership
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams through multiple layers of management
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic sales plans that deliver revenue and market share growth
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, pricing strategies, and profitability
• Experience managing major accounts, distribution networks, and strategic customer relationships
• Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, sales analytics, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
• Current and valid drivers licence.

Aufgaben

• Lead the achievement of national sales revenue, profitability, and market share objectives
• Agree on with National Product Manager on annual sales targets, forecasts, KPIs, and performance measures for Concrete Solutions Sales Team
• Monitor, analyse and report sales performance, market activity, and customer trends for the admixture business unit, implementing corrective actions where required
• Drive customer acquisition, customer retention, and revenue diversification strategies
• Lead major contract negotiations and secure high-value opportunities with strategic customers
• Expand key accounts, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships
• In collaborations with Concrete Solutions National Product Manager, develop and execute the national sales strategy for admixture business unit in alignment with the Corporate Business Plan and growth objectives
• Ensure sales plans, initiatives, and business activities are aligned to national strategic objectives
• Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth initiatives to maximise market share.
