You will drive marketing, innovation, and product development for construction chemicals and concrete products, working with global teams in the USA and Italy to align on market needs and technology. Travel will be substantial as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of leadership experience in business management, marketing, or commercial roles within construction or technical services.
• Strong knowledge of mix design and concrete expertise.
• Experience with construction chemicals, admixtures for concrete in ready mix and underground applications.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction with the CEO and ANZ leadership team.
• Lead marketing, innovation, and product development for construction chemicals, cement, and concrete products across the region.
• Collaborate with global heads of marketing and R&D based in the USA and Italy.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
• Partner with technical and marketing teams, procurement, and communications to drive business results.
