Cement Australia seeks an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the South region, driving growth across Bulk and Packaged Products. You will lead a high-performing sales team, manage key accounts, and build long-term partnerships within the construction and concrete industries.

This senior role focuses on achieving regional sales targets, developing people, and delivering sustainable business growth while collaborating with Marketing, Distribution, and Finance to optimise outcomes.

• Proven senior leadership in sales with revenue growth and market share gains.
• Experience leading multi-location teams and driving profitability.
• Strong skills in pricing, forecasting and contract negotiation.

• Lead, coach and develop a regional sales team across the South region.
• Deliver regional targets for Bulk and Packaged Products including volume, revenue and margin.
• Identify new business opportunities to grow market share in the region.
• Develop strategic account plans to maximise customer value.
• Lead customer negotiations and onboarding of new customers.
• Optimize profitability through pricing, rebates and contracts.
• Provide accurate forecasts and manage pipeline and credit outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Distribution, S&OP, and Finance for customer outcomes.
• Champion safety, sustainability and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to national sales strategy as part of the leadership team.
