Qualificações

• Experience managing a sales team.

• Deep knowledge of the geotechnical and environmental properties of materials.
• Strong market knowledge, sales planning and leadership by example.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a results-driven sales team, coaching and training it to be industry leaders.
• Build a solutions-led sales strategy, securing commercial and exclusive tip sites as the focus.
• Drive job profitability through material variations and tipping solutions.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across major clients.
• Ensure 100% CRM utilisation and accurate daily job bookings.
• Run weekly sales meetings and monthly performance reviews against revenue, GP and KPIs.
