Job summary

Funding.com.au is seeking a National Partnerships & Distribution Manager to lead growth through third-party channels, building and managing broker, aggregator and referral relationships across Australia. The role reports to the Head of Sales/Revenue/CEO and targets growth metrics and stakeholder reporting.

You will drive a national sales strategy, leverage existing networks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a market-leading offering in mortgage lending.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in sales or distribution within finance, lending or mortgage space.
• Strong existing network and industry relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a national sales strategy across broker and aggregator networks.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key commercial partners.
• Identify and develop new strategic partnerships with aggregators and referral parties.
• Attend industry events and promote Funding.com.au.
• Educate partners about products and credit policies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Credit and Operations to deliver a competitive proposition.
