Job summary

Funding.com.au in Australia is seeking a National Partnerships & Distribution Manager to lead growth through third-party channels, including brokers, aggregators, and referral partners. You will collaborate with senior leadership to drive market share and deliver on KPIs while expanding strategic partnerships across channels.

The role requires a strong network, product and credit understanding, and a proactive, autonomous work style within a dynamic, fast-growing FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales/distribution within finance/mortgage space.
• Existing network and industry relationships.
• Strong product and credit understanding.
• Ability to work autonomously while being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a national sales strategy across broker and aggregator networks.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key commercial partners.
• Identify and develop new strategic partnerships with aggregators, referral parties, mortgage managers and channels.
• Attend industry events and promote Funding.
• Educate our partners about our products.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Credit and Operations to deliver a competitive proposition.
