Job summary

Bridgit is an Australian fintech lender transforming how homeowners access property equity. We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our broker network, collaborate with aggregators, and provide expert guidance on loan structures to ensure clients receive exceptional service.

You’ll build lasting relationships with mortgage brokers, drive settlement volumes and KPIs, and partner with internal teams to improve the broker experience.

Qualifications

Experience in residential mortgage lending and sales with a proven track record.
Strong understanding of mortgage products, credit criteria, and lending structures.
Relationship-focused with ability to build partnerships.
Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of group presentations.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers and broker networks.
Collaborate with aggregator partners to maximise opportunities and mutual goals.
Provide expert guidance on loan scenarios and lending structures.
Represent Bridgit at broker and aggregator functions to expand the network.
Achieve settlement volume targets and KPIs with strong customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the broker experience.
