Job summary

La Trobe Financial, Australia\'s Global Investment Manager, is seeking a results-driven National Business Development Manager to expand our mortgage broker network and manage relationships with aggregators and brokers in residential and commercial mortgages.

You will drive growth, deliver excellent service, and represent the company professionally while meeting sales targets and contributing to a high-performing Real Estate Credit Division in Sydney.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar sales role within residential and commercial mortgages.
• Proven ability to network and build relationships with brokers and aggregators.
• Strong presentation skills for large groups via face-to-face or Zoom.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in line with business goals.
• Experience handling all levels of the sales process with brokers, aggregators and referrers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a third-party mortgage broker network for residential and commercial mortgages.
• Manage brokers and aggregator groups to meet targets and strengthen relationships.
• Promote La Trobe Financial's product range to clients.
• Represent the company professionally and embody its values.
• Attend PD Days and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure effective resolution of complaints.
• Achieve sales targets through growth and maintain high service standards.
• Plan and calendar management.
