Funding is a leading financial services company seeking a National Partnerships & Distribution Manager in Australia. You will drive growth through third-party distribution channels, building relationships with brokers, aggregators, referral partners, mortgage managers, and white-label partners to unlock new opportunities.

You will report to the Head of Sales/Revenue/CEO and oversee delivery against KPIs, with a proven track record in broker third-party partnerships and distribution in mortgage

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience in sales/distribution within finance, lending or mortgage space.
• Proven network with brokers, aggregators, referral partners and mortgage managers.
• Solid product and credit understanding; capable of fast learning.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute a national sales strategy across broker and aggregator networks.
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with key commercial partners.
• Identify new strategic partnerships with aggregators and referral parties.
• Promote Funding at industry events and educate partners on products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Credit and Operations to deliver compelling propositions.
• Deliver on KPIs and report metrics to stakeholders.
