Job summary

PayPal is hiring a commercially minded Manager, Channel Partner in Australia to own and grow the existing partner portfolio across eCommerce platforms, PSPs and software partners. The role focuses on deepening partnerships and moving partners and their merchants to PayPal’s latest stack.

You will lead programs, collaborate with Product, Solutions and Marketing, and drive measurable incremental volume while guiding senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, payments, fintech or SaaS.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including managing upgrades, incentives, revenue share and renewals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior partner executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional sales development projects and programs.
• Partner with others to analyze business trends.
• Recommend best practices for sales development.
