LiveBig is seeking a National Operations Manager – Therapy Services to own the people and operational performance of a national business. You will lead, develop and build an engaged, high-performing team and partner with clinical leaders to deliver outstanding participant outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll drive operational excellence, manage workforce capacity and service delivery, and balance participant outcomes with sustainable business performance.
