Job summary

LiveBig is seeking a confident leader to take ownership of a team, workforce capacity, service delivery and day-to-day performance. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll lead people and operational performance while the clinical team leads supervision and practice.

You will balance participant outcomes with sustainable business performance. Relevant professional qualifications and registration are required, along with applicable NDIS and employment checks.
