Job summary

LiveBig in Melbourne is seeking a National Operations Manager - Therapy Services (OT/Speech) to lead the operations, workforce capacity, and service delivery across our therapy teams.

You will work with Clinical Team Leaders to drive performance, oversee recruitment and onboarding, and ensure a high-quality participant experience. Relevant qualifications and NDIS employment checks are required.

National Operations Manager - Therapy Services (OT/Speech)

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll take ownership of your team, workforce capacity, service delivery and day-to-day performance.

You’ll work in partnership with our Clinical Team Leaders, with clear accountability: you lead people and operational performance, while they lead clinical supervision, coaching and practice.
