Job summary

LiveBig is seeking an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist to join our Perth North team, covering Bayswater and Alexander Heights. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time arrangements (minimum 4 days) and a supportive leadership structure to deliver person-centred OT in home, school and community settings.

You’ll conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and write high-quality NDIS reports, supported by experienced leaders and a generous PD budget.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist is required.
• Ideally 6+ months post-registration experience.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening and WWCC (or willingness to obtain).
• Passionate about helping people achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based OT services to NDIS participants.
• Complete assessments and develop therapy plans.
• Support clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
