You will shape service delivery for Big & Bulky or Major Appliances in a Finished Goods environment, aligning with strategic objectives and commercial targets.

Qualifications

• Major Appliance and Consumer Electronics industry experience.
• Understanding of a Domestic Transport network and the value of an integrated Warehouse and Transport solution.
• Proven experience in operations management within the logistics or supply chain sector.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving team performance and engagement.
• In-depth commercial acumen with experience in managing profitable growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
