You will collaborate with customers, transport partners and internal teams to ensure service, governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in transport, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with track record of managing performance and profitability.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, multi-site or national operations.
• Experience managing transport providers, carriers or logistics partners.
• Strong client relationships and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements and service excellence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes and leading high-performing teams.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and performance of a national transport operation, ensuring targets are met.
