Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking an Account Manager to act as the liaison between our operations, customers and the business. You will drive growth for a key household name, address daily logistics challenges, and lead continuous improvements to secure a competitive edge.

You will manage P&L, engage stakeholders at senior levels, and oversee contract renewals while delivering exceptional customer service and data-driven results across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in logistics, 3PL or 4PL environments.
• Experience in Account Management within Lifesciences and Healthcare sector (if applicable).
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and exposure to a warehouse management system.
• Ability to negotiate partner agreements at a senior management level.
• P&L experience.
• Excellent personal presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leading household name customer to develop and grow their business.
• Initiate Continuous Improvements for the customer to achieve a competitive edge.
• Understand customer needs and work with them for their success.
• Ensure profitable growth and manage the P&L.
• Support all key account functions: complaint, claim handling, problem solving & other services.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives through your ability to lead.
• Manage account strategy including contract renewals.
